Hi, I’m Carolyn!

I’m an NYC-based event coordinator and production assistant who loves a strange event. I have experience designing and producing a range of intimate private gatherings, ranging from dinner salons and social games to more structured, experiential events.

My background in finance and creative writing shapes my approach: I combine rigorous planning and preparation with a deep understanding of pacing, narrative, and guest experience, and I am obsessed with perfection. Since I started in events, I’ve managed projects from early concept through budgeting, venue and vendor sourcing, guest logistics, production planning, day-of execution, and strike.

I’m now expanding my scope of work across private, community, hospitality, and experiential events. I’m particularly focused on working alongside experienced creative and production teams. The more hands-on, the better.

Outside of events, you can usually find me walking my dog, doing crossword puzzles with my husband, and writing stories for sci-fi video games.
